Who We Are
MoveUp Prep was founded by Matthew Sorensen, an executive recruiter, search firm owner, and talent acquisition leader who has interviewed over 10,000 job seekers. After seeing firsthand how unprepared many candidates were for the workforce, he developed MoveUp Prep to provide high school students with the training they need to succeed.
